mouth watering starters

In an Indian three-course meal you can find many varieties of starters. I think many times making a starter needs more work and care than that of a main course curry. And of course starters are more delicious. When we are making a very special dinner consisting of chicken biriyani and chicken butter masala then starter should be of that status also.
In that case a starter can be tandoori chicken or Afghani chicken kabab or a baked pomfret. But sometimes we can make some light starters like fish cutlets also when we invite our guests for a dinner. when you serve your starters with a glass of Lassi then no doubt your guest will cherish your royal treatment for a very longtime.
